Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The room wasn't adequately cleaned during my stay, and I even found a dead bug that remained for days without being addressed. Additionally, the staff lacked promptness. when I lost my room card, I had to wait for over 30 minutes just to get someone to help me. Furthermore, I had requested assistance for my luggage on the last day, but no one came, forcing me to handle all my bags alone down to the elevator.
